Dimitri Peroglou has been at the forefront of authentic Greek food and dining in South Africa for over 30 years. He is renowned for his moreish menus and his warm, entertaining nature. Whether it's the pull of his food or his quick-witted charm, people keep coming back for more. With the might of his father Peter's success and reputation in the restaurant industry behind him, it's no wonder Dimitri's recipes are based on true Greek tradition and authenticity.

In August 2012, Dimitri opened Mykonos Taverna in Sea Point, followed by Mykonos Taverna in Newlands, and Mykonos Taverna in Camps Bay – each with a unique and encapsulating atmosphere.

From his very first restaurant, Greek Boys in Kloof Street, to one of the Mother City's most popular dinner spots, Mykonos Taverna, Dimitri continues to do what he does best and that is having his customers leave his restaurant highly satisfied with a belly full of great food and lots of laughter.
